Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes 7 days to process — this is intentional and designed to protect you.
How to Set a Limit

Choose Your Preferred Limit

Confirm
Save your changes. The limit takes effect immediately and you'll receive a confirmation message.
Self-Exclusion Feature
Sometimes a little distance is what you need. Self-Exclusion is a feature that lets you voluntarily suspend your account — temporarily or permanently. It is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of self-awareness and strength.

Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Permanent Closure
