• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Opening an account under someone else's identity or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Lvl18 is a responsible gaming platform. We strictly ensure that only adults are permitted to use our services.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
• Failure to verify age will result in permanent account closure.
• Knowingly or unknowingly registering a minor is a punishable offence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits from another person's mobile number or bank account are not permitted.
• Suspicious deposit transactions may be temporarily held for verification.

Withdrawal Terms

• Before withdrawing, the deposited amount must be wagered at least once.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit; withdrawals via a different method are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Lvl18 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Lvl18 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Free bet or free spin bonuses have their own expiry periods and will be automatically forfeited once they expire.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and complete their first deposit.

6 Betting Rules

Placing bets on lvl18 requires following a set of specific rules. These rules ensure a fair playing environment for everyone.

General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 100; the maximum limit varies by event and market.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live betting odds may change after a match has started.
• Lvl18 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Payout Rules

• Winnings from confirmed bets will be credited to your account within 30 minutes.
• In accumulator bets combining multiple selections, all selections must be correct.
• The maximum payout limit is BDT 5,000,000 (five million) per event.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using any software, bots, or automation tools to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any attempt to hack into one.
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Lvl18 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• In cases of failed KYC verification or submission of false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time. Prior to closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any real-money balance; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability
